Review : I did a City Lights for my sister as a gift in 1982. To this day it provokes admiration and enthusiasm from all who see it in its frame on the wall. It is a conversation piece and show stopper.

Are the required paints included in this? I haven't used hobby tex for many years, but would like to get back into this hobby.

Hi Viki. Thanks for your question. The paints are not included with the picture. The paints are sold separately and last so long and go such a long way that you can paint many pictures with the same set of paints. Next time when you buy another picture you may only need to order a couple of other colours to complete it. Regards Jenny
